The service

You may choose a potato illustration, write a message, and request that we email it to an address you provide. We do not sell physical potatoes in Version 1.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or spam anyone. Do not send gifts to people who have asked you not to contact them. We may refuse or rate-limit submissions.

Delivery

Email is unreliable by nature. Messages may bounce, delay, or land in spam. If the site is running without email credentials, submissions stay in demo mode and no message is sent.

Content

You are responsible for the words you submit. Do not include anyone’s private information that you are not entitled to share. You confirm that you have a lawful reason to contact the recipient and that your message follows these terms. We may remove content, block requests, or suspend access without notice.

No promises

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always work, be secure, be error-free, or deliver every email. We are not responsible for third-party email providers, internet outages, spam filters, lost messages, or how a recipient uses or reacts to a message.

Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, TheBigPotato.store and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable claims or costs caused by your misuse of the service, your message, or your breach of these terms.
